  Fantastic service and delivery time. Love our new teardrop banners. We had the misfortune that one of the narrow lengths of the pole broke but was replaced the day Vivid Ads received my email notifying them. I have already recommended them to two other boardriding clubs who inquired after seeing the photos.

  I'm very happy with my purchase of the table runners from Vivid. The logo clarity is excellent, and I received the product in less than a week from ordering. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for quality table runners at a good value.

  Super impressed with Vivid Ads.
  We asked for help designing a flag for our business and couldn't have asked for better. The design they drew up was amazing, they got back to us so quickly each time we made a change or had a question, delivery was incredibly quick and the flags themselves look fantastic. No complaints from us.
  Will definitely be using Vivid again for our other forms of advertising and recommend others to consider the same.
  
  Update: Been back since and ordered the vinyl banners, amazing job done by the vivid team once again. We have just placed our third order for the luxury pull up banners and look forward to receiving these also.

  We ordered a pull up banner which arrived without majority of the bottom half of the banner printed. We then were sent a second banner only to have the same issue when it arrived. Its now been nearly 4 weeks since we ordered and still have no banner we can use. They requested a courier pick up which didnt turn up when paid staff were there which resulted in a 2nd attempt to pick up which was not confirmed so staff not there to organise it. We are now being told we need send the banner back to them before we get a refund on a product we paid for and still cannot use. Its very disappointing service and quality
