  It’s been 2 business days and I have received no order confirmation- phone stuff we’re helpful to confirm order but I want an email confirmation.
  My mother submitted this order Thursday and it it now Monday night and we have no order number to reference to!
  My mother does not do online shopping much and now feels as if this could be a scam. I have emailed them again - as my mother did on Friday with no response.
  Really disappointed I expected more from little tikes as they are such a well known brand, I have never purchased an item and not received email confirmation from any other site except yours.
  Really disappointed - if I hear nothing soon I will be cancelling the after pay payments and requesting a refund

  If it was possible to give zero stars for this company I would. My experience has been extremely frustrating and I will never bother again. For starters I was given the wrong item catalogue along with misleading price information.
  
  Then after I called to ask questions about the prospect of placing an order I was instead greeted with attitude from a rude sales person with a nasal high pitched voice who sounded like she'd rather not talk to me and cut my call off when I was mid way through asking another question.
  
  It was very uncalled for and rude and I'd highly suggest to anyone thinking of placing an order to think again and take your business elsewhere.

  Very, very disappointed in this company. I ordered over 400 dollars worth of stuff in March for my foster children and grandchildren for Easter. I was assured they would definitely get here well before Easter, not happening! I spent the last two days on the phone to Australia Post trying to track a delivery that hadn’t even been sent yet. I was told they would send it express and it would get here by today, April 14 or tomorrow. When I called the delivery company they told me that they DONOT deliver over Easter and I wouldn’t get it until next week. After Easter.
  I will be returning the package and expecting a full refund!
  Would not recommend these people to anyone.

  Unfortunately my “zappo” show bag from the Royal Show contained melted/leaked “fruit chews” which had specks of dirt/dust stuck to the outside’s sticky residue.
  Most items were ok.

  Absolutely no stars!!!
  Check the show bags if you buy them at the ekka or fair. Had plenty missing from ours!!! No refund no courtesy no one cares. Absolute rip off.
