  We have now been living in our new home (Saba 250) for 3 weeks and loving everything about it. We had a few delays but nothing to drastic. The end results have really been worth the wait. We feel our home has been built to quality standards and is exactly what we envisioned from the start. Overall, we had a great experience building with Mimosa and wouldn't hesitate to build with them again.

  Initially I was not happy with the price increase in the contract but every Builder has done that. Overall build experience was good. My CSO always kept me updated about progress of build and was very helpful. I had multiple Site Supervisors which caused a little delay but my last Supervisor Darren was great and very professional, I wish He was my Supervisor from the start. We found few minor issues in PCI and all of them were fixed within a week.

  Not the value for the money.
  My house started in November 2022 and after 8 months, still in lockup stage. One issue with brickwork, which we together agreed to fix is still pending since 2 months. First SS lied about the brickwork quality and said delayed our work saying he is looking for a chippy, then he went on paternity leave, company later told us that they fired him because of the issues in our jon. New supervisor has so many sites to cover and hardly has time for our house, most of the time he complaints about non availability of tradies and the work is getting delayed due to it.
  Adding to the insult is when our first invoice payment was delayed due to Christmas break last year and now they are sending us reminder notices for $180.51 threatening that it might delay our handover!
  Now we feel we should have paid little extra and picked other smaller non-volume builder at least they would have cared for the timelines and the financial pain we are suffering with each week's delay.

  We have had a great experience with Mimosa homes and this is our second house with them. Building a home can be a stressful and daunting process. With Mimosa, the process has been simple and straightforward. Our experience with Mimosa has been nothing short of wonderful, right from selecting the block of land, helping us choose paints and materials, electrical work, tendering, and signing the contract. All of the people we've met so far have been extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields and have provided valuable suggestions and insights. Our Supervisor[Nikola Cakovski] did an excellent job, and he is skilled in his field.

  I had a dreadful experience with Mimosa Home Builders. From start to finish, the project was plagued with delays, subpar workmanship, and unresponsive customer service. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and commitment to quality. I would strongly advise against choosing them for any construction project.
